All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days by USPS delivery.

Refunds/Returns
Our shipping department strives to provide the maximum service possible. However, if for some reason you receive defective products due to our production, handling or shipping, please contact customer service in a timely manner so that we may provide you with satisfactory service. A full refund or exchange, including shipping, will be given upon delivery of the receipt and the item(s). If for any reason we feel that the defects were due to a negligence on the part of the buyer, our customer service will inform you of the situation. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item(s) and they are in good condition upon our receipt, a full refund will also be given.
